Shamrock Home Inspections, Inc. was founded by Rich Koll, who has more than 20 years experience in construction. As a result, he is intimately familiar with key building systems such as electrical, heating, plumbing and cooling, including large multi-family and commercial systems and has performed thousands of inspections.

We service the Metro and Greater Atlanta area, including the counties of Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Douglas and Clayton counties. We are a member of the most demanding inspection industry associations; the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, (NACHI), the American Society of Home Inspectors, (ASHI), the International Code Council, (ICC), the Environmental Solutions Association, (ESA), and the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants, (IAC2).

From the foundation to the roof , as certified residential building code inspectors, we inspect your property for any existing or potential safety hazards, including structural integrity and report our findings in clear language.

Our advice does not end after the inspection; you can phone us for as long as you own the property. We well understand that buying or marketing a property is one of the largest and emotional investments that you can make. Using our services as early in the process as possible can save you thousands of dollars on items you may be able to have corrected.

Printed at the inspection, our user-friendly, thorough, detailed narrative reports include digital photography, and can be emailed, burned to a CD, or if you prefer you may view your inspection report at our website. A summary page emphasizes critical items.
