Although the home inspection industry has a well-defined market comprising of Realtors, the results of our services sometimes force them to have to work too hard, or to negotiate too much for their commission, over things that might make a difference to you. While we don't try to "kill the deal", we also have a moral and legal obligation by GA state law. Our job is to inform our Clients of items not working, safety hazards, and significant deficiences that may pose a risk to you or the building; items which may also include a significant expense to repair. While there are many good Realtors who have your best interests in mind, value our service, and we enjoy working with; there are others who want us to perform a "soft" inspection just to make the sale go through. Let's face it; no sale, no commission. So we're stuck between a rock and a hard place in trying to perform our best job for our Clients -YOU.  It's difficult at best.
     To that end though, we believe we should be marketing to the actual people who would pay us for our services. So we have a Referral Rewards Program that allows you to help us.
